    I grew up in the Bronx and never thought I would leave. It was a great place to grow up and it’s where my excitement for the New York Mets came to life…(I know what you might be thinking, but I guess those were my first moments of becoming an agent of change). My parents took my sister and I around the world when we were young and that really helped to shape my broad view of the world and ignited my passion to learn about diverse cultures. After college, my travels brought me to Chicago where I was on a path to becoming a professor to motivate people to think deeply about culture and strategically about what motivates people to action. Things evolved for me as I was introduced to the marketing world.

    My role on the team is to lead the strategic planning to uncover fresh, innovative insights and inspiring integrated creative ideas that are magnetic at all points of consumer contact. My passion is to inform and inspire others to discover innovative ways of reaching consumers today and into tomorrow. Because of my unrelenting contextual curiosity, I have worked hard to become experienced at identifying actionable insights that help ignite deeper connections and relationships between consumers and our clients’ brands. I have also managed a variety of General Market and Multicultural Marketing initiatives (African American, Hispanic and Asian) and served in the role of African-American luxury strategic planner for Lexus and “youth and urban initiative thought leader” on Toyota. My other brand experiences include MLB, Coca-Cola, Disney, General Motors, State Farm, Procter & Gamble, Dove and many others. I am humbly thankful for what I have been a part of and look forward to new adventures.

    I am a fan of so many kinds of music – It was always played around me when I was a child and it helped give me the strong connection I have with it today. I have had some amazing experiences through music.
